Equipment Cleaning

Exterior equipment surface cleaning includes cleaning the exterior surface of cabinets, racks, equipment and workstations that are less than 8 feet in height. Exterior surfaces are vacuumed where applicable with critical filtered vacuums, and then wiped clean using Microfiber Cloths and Anti-Static Cleaner. No input devices will be cleaned unless the device is completely powered down.

The importance of maintaining clean equipment in data centers and other mission critical environments can not be understated. Because of this, ADP only permits specially trained employees to access and clean interior equipment. ADP cleans all accessible flat surfaces, dust catch points, fan airways as well as flooring located beneath equipment.
